We live in a time of radical transformation. Technological acceleration meets geopolitical fragmentation, and the speed of creative destruction challenges how organizations think, decide and lead. Traditional management tools are no longer sufficient — they must be complemented by new ways of imagining the future.

My work explores this space between analysis and imagination. I draw inspiration from art, game design and science fiction to rethink performance management, leadership and organizational development.
